Four held over Chicago park shooting.

Four Chicago men have been charged over a shooting with a military-grade weapon that wounded 13 people at a city park.
Tabari Young, 22, and Bryon Champ, 21, are accused of attempted murder and aggravated battery over last week's attack at a basketball court.
Police say that Brad Jett, 22, acted as lookout, while Kewane Gatewood, 20, supplied the gun.
Gang-plagued Chicago saw more murders last year than New York City, which has a population three times bigger.
Among those injured in last Thursday night's gunfire was three-year-old Deonta Howard, who is recovering from surgery after a bullet hit him in the ear and exited through his cheek.
'A good boy'
Several victims of the attack at Cornell Square Park on the south side are suspected of being gang members.
Police say Young, who was arrested on Tuesday, was the primary gunman, using an assault-style weapon with a high-capacity ammunition magazine.
Champ, who was arrested on Monday, also opened fire, said Chicago Police Supt Garry McCarthy.
Young has been arrested a number of times, while Champ is a known gang member, according to the authorities.
Young's mother told the Chicago Tribune newspaperthat her son was "transient", but "a good boy".
While violence in Chicago is still high, murders are down 20% and shootings have fallen 22% from this time last year, according to the latest figures.
